Since the opening of the new exhibition hall in March 2000, Riga messe (International Exhibition Centre Kipsala) has become the largest exhibition facility in the Baltic States with indoor space of 17,200 m2. The parking area is intended for parking 1,200 motor vehicles. With the attendance running far over 300,000 annually, there are several tradeshows outstandingly popular among visitors such as Riga trade show Maja, Balttout, baby messe Riga and Riga Food.

The Baby Messe Riga, or Baby World-Latvia, is a Riga trade show open to the public and focusing on products and services for expectant mothers and children up to the age of twelve.
